Our experince on the field has led to the ddevelopment of some software devoted to the service of our clients. They are:

AUFIS

AUFIS (Automatic Financial Statements) was conceived and built by us following our needs for the preparation of annual financial statements (REVISED SYSCOHADA) and the filing of annual statistical and tax returns (DSF of Cameroon).

Technical specifications:

Web application developed in PHP, HTML5, Css3 with MySQL as the database management system;
Deployable on a local or remote network
Adaptable and Smart; requires authentication to access (login and password)
Flexible and can entirely be updated with new features and simple maintenance.

Functional characteristics:

Multi-user: several persons can work simultaneously on the same file
Time: financial statements are generated in less than two minutes (after importing trial balances)
Integration: direct link with the taxation website (Cameroon) activated
Electronic filing of the annual statistical and tax returns DSF of Cameroon (AUFIS exports to the taxation site) in less than two minutes.

OPTITAX

OPTITAX (Optimise Taxes) is the result of long-term work. Its construction was inspired by the world’s recent addiction and adoption of digitalization. Given the volume of the Cameroon General Tax Code, it has never been easy for students and young accounting/taxation professionals to use it. Equally, given that even some veterans of the profession, despite their seniority, experience the same difficulties (though to a lesser degree), we sought to develop this product and take out the ‘volume mare’ by way of digitalization.

So OPTITAX was developed to resolve these issues. OPTITAX by definition is the digitized user-friendly version of the Cameroon General Tax Code. Any accountant/tax professional, businessman or student can use it. It is informative, educational and reduces the asymmetry of taxation information. How does it work? Subscribers simply need to enter a keywords of their requests in a window provided for this purpose. Then, OPTITAX automatically sends you the response. This could be very specific or simply a text from which the answer to your request can also be found. If the keyword is not specific enough, the system will prompt you to try others or to contact the administrator after three failed request attempts (by e-mail or telephone).

AIMS

AIMS (Assets Inventory & Management Software)

AIMS as the name implies, is a software built to facilitate inventory missions. With the aid of barcodes, geolocations, warehouse/localisation (aerial) videos, photos and final discharge(s) of assets keepers, it gives access to remote supervision of inventory proceedings real time or subsequently throughout the inventory process and to team in charge.

SIMS

SIMS (Stocks Inventory & Management Software)

SIMS as the name implies, is a software built to facilitate stock (of goods) inventory missions. With the aid of barcodes, geolocations, warehouse (aerial) videos, photos and final discharge(s) of stock keepers, it gives access to remote supervision of inventory proceedings real time or subsequently throughout the inventory process and to team in charge.

Objectives:

Take advantage of the innovations brought forth by ICT to practice a real physical inventory management of a company’s assets/stock by monitoring all the assets (fixed assets and stock) and keeping track of their associated costs with exactitude, thereby improving operating results.
Eliminate the obstructions tax authorities, auditors and statutory auditors often encounter in their job during assets and stock inventories. This, our software does by giving them full access to aerial videos of locations, warehouses, images of assets and goods.
