It is difficult, if not impossible, for a country to emerge without a solid industrial policy. From the history of the industrial revolution, Africa remains the least industrialized continent. As a result, the African industrial landscape remains a challenge to resolve. It is thus a course for concern to engineers, experts and specialists from all walks of life. Efforts must therefore be put together towards building this great continent.
